Discontinuation of Consumer Products
  • AIG Australia advises that effective the 1st of December 2014, we will no longer be offering Personal Accident, CancerCover and Wedding Insurance to Australian customers.
    We confirm AIG Australia will continue to service all existing customers for policies issued prior to 01 December 2014. If you are an existing customer please contact our Call Centre on 1800 331 013 between the hours of 8:00am and 6:00pm AEST.
     

Notice: Victorian Fire Services Levy
  • The Victorian fire services levy, as defined in Section 3 of the Fire Services Levy Monitor Act 2012 (“Victorian FSL”), has been abolished with effect from 1 July 2013.Accordingly, as from 1 July 2013, AIG Australia Limited will charge no Victorian FSL to holders of new insurance policies issued or policies renewed on or after that date where it is not responsible for collection.
