Personal Accident, CancerCover and Wedding Insurance

AIG advises that effective the 1st of December 2014, we no longer offer Personal Accident, CancerCover and Wedding Insurance to Australian customers. We confirm AIG Insurance will continue to service all existing customers for policies issued prior to the 1st December 2014. Existing customers can contact us via phone. Call us between 9:00am-5:00pm AEST.

Emergency Assistance for Travel Insurance Customers

Travel Guard is AIG's wholly-owned emergency assistance provider and is available to help our customers 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. If you require assistance or advice from Travel Guard please phone our Emergency Assistance helpline. Reverse charges can be made from some countries.

Customer Care

If you are a customer of AIG and experience family violence, our Customer Care Team can provide you with access to additional support services, including assistance for financial hardship.  All disclosures to AIG will remain confidential and you will only have to explain your situation to us once.
