AIG Australia Limited has recently undertaken communications to a number of Personal Accident and other Personal Insurance customers.
If you have received a letter, email, notification on your bank statement or phone call from us, it is to ensure that we have the correct information regarding your policy including any other persons that should be listed on your policy as insureds. Where we do not have the correct policy information, it is possible that you are entitled to a premium refund from AIG with interest as well as reduced monthly premiums in future. If you are entitled to a premium refund we may require supporting documentation including birth certificates or other forms of identification.
If you have received a communication from us it is important that you contact our Customer Service Team as soon as possible to discuss your insurance policy.
